It was absolutely 5 stars!
We had the pleasure of having chef Steven from Blue Duck Eats last night where he prepared a private dinner with wine pairings at The Vine, Wine Bar and Bistro in Blue Ridge Georgia. It was absolutely 5 stars! It was an Irish ☘️ inspired menu for St. Patrick’s Day. I would highly recommend you having him come to your home and prepare one of his gourmet feast for friends and family in the comfort of your home. We will be anxiously awaiting his next dinner in our home or at The Vine!

From the salad through the dessert, it was wonderful. The presentation was awesome, the food to die for. Wish you could have been here. I would definitely recommend chef Steven. From a honeymoon, anniversary or just a family get together. He would be on my short list. Jim and I will use him again. Thank you. We loved it. More food than we could finish
The evening was something to remember.
Steven arrived on time, prepared the courses, served us and left Lynn’s kitchen spotless. He has a friendly personality and his presentation was very professional. He didn’t mind all our questions! The Caesar dressing was light with a hint of anchovies and crunchy homemade croutons. The mango avocado ahi tuna appetizer was extremely fresh and flavorful. I had the smoked trout bruschetta for my appetizer. The trout was on top of chopped Roma tomatoes, herbs and toasted bread, delicious! The guys enjoyed the glazed cedar plank salmon on top of a square of fried tomato grits and succotash. Lynn and I had the NY strip, oh my God! The perfectly prepared steak was topped with a reduction of mushrooms and mini potatoes. And, finally dessert – crème brulee! It was wonderful! I don’t mean to sound like a restaurant reviewer but the evening was something to remember.
