“Steven’s food is best described as “inspired American cuisine” combining fine dining with local influence inspired by his extensive travel, passion for the outdoors, and hunger for understanding cultures.”
Steven Lash is a veteran of the the restaurant world having worked in some of the top kitchens in Atlanta for over 15 year. Following the birth of his first daughter, he got out of the business in order to better support his young family.
After a successful 20 year career in information technology; Steven has returned to his first true passion – feeding people amazing food!
In 2006, Steven had to travel for business and would be gone for over a week. Fearing that he would forget her, his middle daughter (then 5) asked him to carry with him a little blue rubber duck from her prized collection. He did and as he traveled he began sending home photos of the duck at various landmarks and points of interest. Over the years this continued and since that time the duck has been on countless adventures and has become a symbol for travel, adventure, and understanding culture.
